cucumber melon detox water

I drink 8 oz right when I wake up to help combat toxins and bloating

1quart mason jar
1 cucumber sliced
4 medium sized watermelon chunks
1 lemon sliced
5 mint leaves
fill with water
and for best flavor leave in fridge for 24 hrs then discard fruit

strawberry basil smoothie (nutriblast)

The reason i made this smoothie is because i use to drink a lot and i would make strawberry basil mojitos ... soooooo i decided to make a healthier version without alcohol.  its still yummylicious sooooo enjoy!

5 frozen strawberries
5 fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
8 oz detox tea (yogi caramel apple slim life) cold
1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 TBS agave nectar
1 TBS chia seeds

Place all your ingredients in your nutribullet or blender and BLEND BLEND BLEND until smooth... pour in a sexy glass and ENJOY the YUMMYLICIOUSNESS! :)

Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

I made this yummylicious recipe kuz I was craving meatloaf with that yummy sweet glaze. I love the fact that they are already individual serving sizes..... Alsoooo u can have up to 2 of these bad boys mmmmm.... I also ate these when I was doing my 24 day challenge with advocare... Enjoooooy

1lb extra lean ground meat
1/2 cup quick oats
1 medium Zucchini
1cup spinach chopped
1/2 onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 egg whites
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs mrs dash garlic herb
1 Tbs mrs dash onion herb 
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

3 Tbls reduces sugar ketchup
2 Tbs agave nectar
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard
if you need more sweetness and another 1-2 tsp agave nectar

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F mix all the ingredients In a bowl gently. but make sure you don't over mix the meat. spray the cupcake tins with a non stick cooking spray. Form about 4 oz balls and place them in the cupcake tin then press it lightly to even out the top then put a little thumb print in the center. This will fill about 8 individual cup cake vessels. place it in the oven for 20 mins take it out and put the glaze on top... Then cook for another 10 and your done

yummylicious chocolate chia pudding

I loooove chocolate and I do crave it alot. This right here is the one of my staples... Also I've been obsessed with my nutribullet so this baby went right in there... Yes it's blended...n smoooooth... You can also freeze these and make them into "fudgcicles" . I also had this as a snack while doing the 24 day challenge with advocare. Now on to the yummyliciousness

2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
2 TBS agave nectar or sweetener of ur choice 
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Tbs natural almond butter
8oz almond milk (or to max line on small NB cup)
1 tsp vanilla (I used Mexican vanilla)
3 Tbs chia seeds

put everything in your blender/nutribullet EXCEPT for the chia seeds those go in last. Blend blend blend till smoooooth yummyliciousness

mango ginger lassi

my yummylicious mango ginger lassi is soooo great for a snack. Also u can add about 3tbs of oats to make it breakfast on the go... I drank this for one of my snack when I did my 24 day challenge with advocare... And I am now an official distributor of the products. But back to the yummyliciousness

1 ripe organic mango
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
1tbs agave nectar
2 Tbs vanilla Greek yogurt
1tsp lime juice
1 Tbs flax or chia seed
8oz water or almond milk
4 ice cubes

seed the mango and cut into pieces then add all the ingredients in your nutribullet or blender and blend blend blend until smooth... Then u get a creamy yummylicious mango ginger lassi
