I made this yummylicious recipe kuz I was craving meatloaf with that yummy sweet glaze. I love the fact that they are already individual serving sizes..... Alsoooo u can have up to 2 of these bad boys mmmmm.... I also ate these when I was doing my 24 day challenge with advocare... Enjoooooy
1lb extra lean ground meat
1/2 cup quick oats
1 medium Zucchini
1cup spinach chopped
1/2 onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 egg whites
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs mrs dash garlic herb
1 Tbs mrs dash onion herb
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
GLAZE
3 Tbls reduces sugar ketchup
2 Tbs agave nectar
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard
if you need more sweetness and another 1-2 tsp agave nectar
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F mix all the ingredients In a bowl gently. but make sure you don't over mix the meat. spray the cupcake tins with a non stick cooking spray. Form about 4 oz balls and place them in the cupcake tin then press it lightly to even out the top then put a little thumb print in the center. This will fill about 8 individual cup cake vessels. place it in the oven for 20 mins take it out and put the glaze on top... Then cook for another 10 and your done
